Nine-year-old with Visual Impairment launching her first album
Tara, 9 years old, has visual impairment like her father, Ese, and has followed in his musical footsteps. They have produced Tara’s first music album, Pele O Lo’u Fatu, in honour of her elders - and Tara's Samoan and Palagi heritage. The album launch is a celebration, and an opportunity to share her gift of music with her friends and family.
