Ingredients List for your convenience:
Pasta, 8 oz.
Water, to boil pasta
Frozen sweet corn, 3/4 cup
2 Carrots, grated
Green pepper, 1/2 to 3/4 of one pepper
2 Scallions, sliced thinly

Dressing
Mayonnaise, 1 cup
Condensed Milk, 1/4 cup or as you need
White Vinegar, 1 tbsp.
Black Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp.
Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp.
