💡 A story (study) proving the impact our mindsets can have on our reality
💡 5 Steps to Reset Your Mindset
Be conscious about it. What is your current mindset? What do you want your mindset to be?
Think about your thoughts 💭 Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions and your actions become who you are. Replace the negative cues with ones that will benefit you.
Reconsider your reason. Why do you want to reset your mindset? Make sure this is a worthy and valid reason.
“Your response is your responsibility” Take responsibility for how you react. It’s not about them, it’s about you and the choice you made to reset your mindset.
Recommit. Like fitness, once fit, it doesn’t mean you’ll stay fit forever. You have to keep at it. Once reset, your mindset will not stay reset forever. Recommit monthly, weekly, daily..
