*** HOME FIT - PLANK ***

Here is something new on my YouTube channel!!!!
HOME FIT is about exercising at home but it can be very useful to other instructors for their classes!
It is a concept of exercising at home, ideas, combinations, variations of many exercises that include PLANK!
There will be more and more of these videos with different types of exercises (stretching, relaxing, with equipment, body weight, balance, etc)
I would really like your opinion about this and some suggestions for next videos!
