Day 3 of Lambing Gets Better. Five ewes have lambed and 5 sets of twins have been born.

Day 3 of lambing and we begin by weighing a lamb born yesterday. One twin has been pulled from her mom and is now a bottle baby. As doing chores, we spot another ewe preparing to lamb. She has had a healthy set of twins. The twins are placed inside the lambing jug with their mom. Then their navel is sprayed with iodine to prevent infection. Next, they are watched to ensure they feed prior to us leaving.

Not long after morning chores, another set of twins are born. We spot this on the camera inside the barn.

We have had 5 ewes lamb resulting in 5 sets of twins.
One ewe lamb has been pulled from it's mom and is being fed by the milk machine.
