Forget your basic flan and try this Cream Cheese Flan recipe!

It’s been over a month now since I moved back to Mallorca, and I’m totally inspired by what’s around me. FLAN is everywhere in the supermarket, so I have to make this video and share the recipe with you all 😊
It’s easy, it’s silky smooth with a decadent layer of homemade caramel on top. What’s more do you ever want from a dessert?

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE CARAMEL

* 50g Caster Sugar
* 10ml Water

FOR THE FLAN

* 2 Eggs
* 250ml Milk
* 150g Cream Cheese
* 60g Caster Sugar
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Rustic casserole 18cm.
