Yes, it's true. You can use 60p per pack rich tea biscuits to make this gorgeous cake!
My partner took it to his office and everyone LOVES it.

This no bake, layer cake is made of Tesco's Rich tea biscuits and Home-made Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling. The recipe is actually from my mother's cookbook. I think I've made her proud with this one :)

INGREDIENTS:

* Rich Tea Biscuits
* 350ml Milk

FOR THE CHOCOLATE FILLING

* 300ml Milk
* 50ml Heavy Cream
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
* 25g Caster Sugar
* 1 tbsp Corn Starch
* 60g Dark Chocolate

FOR THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

* 674ml Cream Cheese
* 244g Icing Sugar
* 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
* 890ml Heavy Cream
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
