Strawberry Pie Recipe!
wash & dice 1.5 pints of strawberries. set aside

Combine 1 Cup of sugar, 1.5 Tablespoons Corn Starch (or 2 tablespoons Clear Jel) & 1 1/2 Cup water in a saucepan and cook until somewhat thick.

remove from heat & add a 3 oz package of Strawberry Jello mix and let it cool. Put strawberries in a baked pie shell and our the jello mixture over top. Chill for several hours. Top with whipped cream!

Southwest Salad recipe
1 head of riomaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup black beans, rinsed
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup corn
4 grilled chicken pieces
Cherry tomatoes
cheddar cheese
Dorito Chips, crushed

Dressing:
1/2 Cup Salsa
1/2 Cup ranch
1/4 cup mayo
1 pepper diced
blend together & enjoy!
