Here's my version of Tikoy or Nian Gao (for chinese) This sweet and gelatinous treat is especially served during Chinese New Year celebration (in china and other asian countries and course the chinoys in the philippines. Here's what you need!
400ml coconut milk
½ tsp salt
½ kilo Glutinous rice powder
1 cup brown sugar
200ml water
