Ingredients:
350 Grams Spaghetti Noodles
150 Grams Pancetta or Bacon
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or Pecorino Cheese
5 egg + 1 egg yolk
5 Tablespoon Olive oil (or any available oil)
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Crushed peppercorn
Note: Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
