Ingredients:

For Toppings:
1 Small ripe Mango
1 Small ripe avocado
6 Crabsticks
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Japanese Mayo
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp or more Togarashi (replacement for FURIKAKE)
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
100 Grams Caviar/Tobikko
Nori (roasted seaweed)
Lays Chips (optional)

For Sushi rice:
4 cups Japanese rice (cooked)
1 Tbsp sugar
¼ Tsp salt
3 Tbsp Rice vinegar or replace it with Apple Cider vinegar (if you don’t have rice vinegar)

Note: Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
