60 MIN HALF & HALF STRENGTH HIIT + NO REPEAT CARDIO TABATA (LOW IMPACT OPTIONS) - LIVE WORKOUT 205
Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST. It is that good ol' half & half. First half we have our 4 blocks of work (4 exercises we do twice) 30 on:10 off (Loaded compound strength - lesser loaded block ) After the first half, we have a cardio no repeat 50 move Tabata half (20 on:10 off). We will be using 2 medium weights and 1 heavy (we will have 12's and 1x 25lb). Get your mat and hydration as it surely will be a sweaty mess!!!! Let's go!!!
The Breakdown:
First Half: Block 1-4 Loaded- lesser loaded 5 exercises by 2 (1 Heavy- 2M)
Second Half: Tabata Cardio 50 (20:10)
