Michele Mele’s albums of original material range from jazz to latin, pop and rock. She has also written for and conducted a symphony orchestra as well as large choral ensembles. Her widely acclaimed one woman show "Naked on the Rocks" displays her talents as a singer, songwriter and pianist and speaks a powerful musical and personal message. Her voice has been compared to Ani DiFranco by the 20-year-old set and to Peggy Lee by older jazzers, but she is, however, a true original with a vibrancy of her own.
