在我們家,小孩最愛吃這一味,可能是因為小朋友吃東西都喜歡加很多番茄醬的關係!
這次要跟大家分享怎麼用新鮮的番茄做蕃茄肉醬,這也是我自己發明的,哈!食譜書都要大家買市售的番茄罐頭,太貴,不符合平民美食!其實新鮮的番茄還更美味。
這個基礎肉醬可以做義大利麵、焗烤斜管麵、燉飯、千層麵、披薩⋯⋯
材料:豬絞肉1200克、洋蔥1顆、杏鮑菇3朵、大番茄7顆、蒜頭6瓣
調味料:義式綜合香料、黑胡椒、鹽8克、番茄醬150克

3 Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms
7 large tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
Seasoning:
Italian mixed spices
black pepper
salt 8g
Ketchup 150g
