Union Strategy During the American Civil War

Not even rewatching Gettysburg could overcome the pain of sorting through the various arrows and placenames...

A video comparing the various political/military strategies that Union leaders came up with in order to win the American Civil War (1861-1865). Focus is on their respective assumptions, strategic goals and actual execution (or lack thereof).

Army numbers, positions and campaign paths are for illustrative purposes (or else Northern Virginia would have been a right mess).
