【素粽子】Rice Dumpling Zong Zi | ZyStory
端午节安康!每年农历五月初五是端午节,当然少不了吃粽子啦~
普遍上,大家是以糯米来做成粽子,但是吃太多会难消化,所以我们家一直以来包的粽子都加了五谷米在里面。
还有,我妈都会把香菇和栗子切碎,这样子不但可以每一口都吃到它们,而且比较适合给老人家和小孩子吃咯~
准备食材:
糯米+五谷米
栗子
香菇
香菇脚
红豆
盐
胡椒粉
姜粉
甜菊粉
黑酱油
*包粽子的前一天先将糯米和五谷米浸过夜。
00:38将粽叶洗干净。
00:42 减掉粽叶的头与尾端。
00:54 把香菇和栗子切丁。
01:20 加入油,把香菇爆香。
01:30 把米、香菇、栗子,和红豆炒均匀。
01:46 加入盐、胡椒粉、姜粉、五香粉、黑酱油、甜菊粉。
02:30 包粽子过程。
04:14 把粽子放入气压锅。
04:20 加入盐和热水,用小火煮1个小时15分。
04:46 粽子出炉啦!

Hey guys~ Happy Dragon Boat Festival!
This festival is the traditional holiday for Chinese, it is on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month.
It is a tradition for the Chinese to eat rice dumpling, or we called it as ZongZi during the Dragon Boat Festival.
Today, I’m going to share with you how to make a rice dumpling/ZongZi!
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice + Grain rice
Chestnuts
Mushrooms
Mushroomsfeets
Red beans
Salt
Pepper
Ginger powder
Five-spiced powder
Stevia powder
Black soy sauce
First, soak the rice overnight.
00:38 wash the dumpling leaves.
00:42 cut off the edge of the dumpling leaves.
00:54 cut the mushroom and Chestnuts into small pieces.
01:20 add in some oil and fry the mushrooms.
01:30 mix the rice, mushrooms, chestnuts and red beans together.
01:46 add in some salt, pepper, ginger powder, five spice powder, black soy sauce, and the Stevia powder.
02:30 Rice Dumpling wrapping procedure
04:14 Put the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker.
04:20 Add in some salt and boiled water, cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
04:46 The rice dumpling is ready to eat!
