🍦 Snack Series 11 - ‘4 INGREDIENT FUDGE’🍦

A simple alternative to fudge made with 4 healthy Whole foods (Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Raw Honey, Medjool dates).

- Put 300g of Greek yogurt, 300g of organic peanut butter, 10 MEDJOOL dates which have been soaked in hot water snd 50g of Raw honey in a blender or food processor and blitz for a couple of minutes).

- Then into glass dish or some sort of cooking tray etc add the mixture in on top of baking paper. Spread evenly.

- Freeze for at least 2 hours or a little longer.

- Then slice into chunks and sprinkle with a little sea salt.

- Store in the freezer and have these healthy FUDGE SNACKS on stand by for when you need them.
