Sundays a great day to smash a session out, sets you up for the week ahead. Try this bad boy:
➡️ CIRCUIT 1.
1️⃣ - KB Swings (20kg) x 30/20/10.
2️⃣ - BB Thrusters (20kg) x 30/20/10.
3️⃣ - TRX T’s & W’s (TRX) x 30/20/10.
(Do all the 30’s then 2 mins Skipping then do all the 20’s and 2 mins off skipping then do all the 10’s and 2 mins on Skipping)
➡️ CIRCUIT 2.
1️⃣ - KB One Arm Swings (20kg) x 30/20/10.
2️⃣ - BB Side lunges (20kg) x 30/20/10.
3️⃣ - TRX Windmill’s (TRX) x 30/20/10.
(Do all the 30’s then 2 mins Ski-Erg then do all the 20’s and 2 mins on Ski-Erg then do all the 10’s and 2 mins on Ski-Erg).
➡️ CIRCUIT 3.
1️⃣ - KB Squat / Upright (20kg) x 30/20/10.
2️⃣ - TRX Rev lunges - left x 30/20/10.
3️⃣ - TRX Rev lunges - right x 30/20/10.
(Do all the 30’s then 2 mins Spin Bike then do all the 20’s and 2 mins on spin bike then do all the 10’a and 2 mins on Soin
Bike)
