Presentation on Planning Application for AL21 22/01354OUT

Wates have submitted a planning application for the southern portion of a former greenbelt site now labeled AL21.

Is it a good application? What are it's strong points and what are the concerns that people need to be aware of and comment on to the Council's (RBWM) Planning Department?

Cllr. Wisdom Da Costa digs deep and uncovers issues of concern that need to be accurately and fairly reflected in the report by RBWM Officers and considered in an open and honest manner by Councillors sitting on the planning panel.

The issues are complex but the practical outcome is not.

This application does not comply with the regulations and standards of RBWM or England and so should be refused.

The applicant should be encouraged to bring forth a proposition that doesn't endanger the health, well-being and lives of Windsorians and future residents.
