Low Impact Cardio Workout | Low Intensity Exercise | 37 Minutes | No Jumping | Beginners Friendly!

This is a low impact cardio low intensity aerobics exercise workout. The workout is 37 minutes long and features safe and effective exercises for beginners, baby boomers, seniors and anyone else. No Jumping! The workout features a warmup, cardio and cooldown stretching. It will take you back to jazzercise, bally fitness, Jane Fonda and others from back in the day.
