Senior Gold Dance Fitness Aerobics Sizzling Latin is a low impact dance exercise workout for active adults, baby boomers, seniors and anyone else who loves to dance their way to health and fitness. Latin dance moves are fun, safe and effective to burn fat, help you lose weight and lift up your spirit and soul. The dances consist of mambo, cha cha, salsa and merengue. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are dancing.

It is advise to do at least 20 minutes of cardio exercise daily. In additional do a full body strength training at least one day a week. Be sure to stretch before and after each workout.
