Total Body Home Workout Challenge 22 Min Power March Cardio + Walk Tone Dumbbells + Standing Abs

Total Body Workout Home Workout Challenge consists of 22 minutes of power marching cardio at 150 bpm. This will get your heart rate up going while enhancing your cardiovascular system. This is followed by 22 minutes of walk and tone with dumbbells to help strengthen and firm up your body plus built lean muscle which will help in weight loss. The final segment features 22 minutes of standing abs and stretching. All the exercises are safe, effective and easy to learn to do. Get started now for 2022.
