Made some improvmements to the Flowerpot Kamado - and used it to make some lollipop chicken drumsticks.
Simple really. Cut around the bone. Push down the meat. Season. Grill until 165 atleast. Glaze with butter/seasoning/jam or what you like.
Serve with a sallad
