Why higher reps are good for athletes #shorts
@benthebounce joins the @coachemuppodcast to discuss athletes getting into higher rep work. Doing low rep sets multiple times a week is pretty taxing for athletes, especially if they have hours of sport practice or other physical obligations afterwards. Having a day to work with higher reps, focusing on form, movement, and building tissue quality can greatly benefit an athlete, even when the goal is overall strength.
