IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of January 1, 2019, Arizona law has changed regarding this issue and the information in this video is no longer valid going forward. Rule 69 of the Rules of Family Law Procedure now requires a signature in addition to written terms of the agreement in order for the agreement to be binding.
