Arizona Custody Orders With Final Decision-Making Authority in Joint Legal Decision-Making

IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of January 17, 2019, the information presented in this video is not valid going forward. The Arizona Supreme Court overruled the decision by the Court of Appeals, making joint legal decision-making with final say an option in Arizona cases again.
Arizona for a period did not recognize "joint legal decision-making with final decision-making authority." During that period, parties were required to use either joint legal decision-making or sole legal decision-making.
