Day 15 of our 24 Days of Pilates challenge is a Pilates sequence for Obliques & Waist; really your waist is your obliques, deep transverse abdominal muscles and latissimus dorsi. Think of a corset or cylinder of muscles around your trunk rather than just the front "6 pack" abdominals. Hope you enjoy this Pilates circuit today.
