💪 UNDERSTAND EXERCISE: Reading My Hormones & Calories w/ Aerobic, Anaerobic, Cardio & HIIT Workouts!
One of the things we spend most of our time on is exercise but we barely take the time to understand it. It is surprisingly straight forward once we know what happens to the hormones in our bodies. This video will break down what happens to our calories, heart rate, VO2 Max, testosterone, cortisol, blood sugar, Growth Hormone and Insulin when we do 4 different types of workouts. Those workouts are Aerobic, Anaerobic, HIIT and Cardio.
