Die kompakt gebaute PVLH 226 zeichnet eine Portionierung über ein flexibles Verdrängerprinzip und die automatisierte Darmwechselfunktion aus. Sie ermöglicht Naturdarmproduktion im industriellen Maßstab. Dabei erreicht die PVLH 226 eine außerordentliche Genauigkeit in Bezug auf Portionsgewicht und Länge und bietet zudem prall gefüllte Würste. Die integrierte Technologie der Darmenderkennung über einen Sensor sorgt für optimale Darmausnutzung und minimiert Verunreinigung durch Brät. Die Abdrehtülle verfährt dann automatisch in Aufziehposition. Die Bedienperson kann somit einfach und schnell den neuen Darm auf die Tülle aufbringen

The compactly designed PVLH 226 features portioning using a flexible voider technique and the automated casing change function. It facilitates natural casing production on an industrial scale. The PVLH 226 achieves extraordinary accuracy in terms of portion weight and length and also guarantees well-filled sausages. The integrated casing end detection via sensor technology ensures optimum casing usage and minimises impurities caused by sausage meat. The linking nozzle then automatically moves into the spooling position. The operator can therefore apply the new casing to the nozzle quickly and easily.
