Die industrielle Würstchenproduktion profitiert von der Handtmann AST 340, die die positionsgenaue, automatische Ablage von Rauchstöcken mit Wurstketten in Rauchwagen ermöglicht. Die Würstchen werden dabei nicht beschädigt und ihre Qualität ist jederzeit reproduzierbar. Bei konstant hoher Produktionsgeschwindigkeit und -leistung können pro Schicht bis zu zwei Bediener eingespart werden.

The industrial sausage production benefits from the Handtmann AST 340 which facilitates the accurately positioned, automatically depositing of smoke sticks with strings of sausages into smoking trolleys. Sausages become not damaged and their quality is reproducible at any time. A continually high production speed and output permit an economization of two operators per shift.
