Einfache Installation und schnelle Rüstung des neuen VF 800 Vakuumfüllers. In fahrbarer Ausführung und mit Nivellierassistent ist die Vakuumfüllmaschine schnell für die Produktion bereit. Das nachstellbare Flügelzellenförderwerk mit Gewichtskompensation, der Einbau des Pumpenrotors mit Spannexzenter oder der Einsatz einer Zubringerkurve für schwer zuführbare oder empfindliche Massen ist im Handumdrehen erledigt. Der leistungsstarke Füllwolf GD 451 mit Hartteilseparator ist mit einfacher, werkzeugloser Montage schnell integriert. Zur Aufbewahrung und Reinigung von Maschinenteilen und Zubehör ist der Teilewagen 449-05 perfekt. Ein flexibel verstellbarer Kniehebel sorgt für optimale Maschinenbedienung.

Easy installation and quick setup of the new VF 800 vacuum filler. With its moveable design and levelling assistant, the vacuum filling machine is ready for production very quickly. The adjustable vane cell feed system with weight compensation, the installation of the pump rotor with cam or the use of an auger for sensitive products which are difficult to feed take next to no time. The high-performance GD 451 inline grinding system with gristle separator can be integrated quickly thanks to its simple, tool-free assembly. The 449-05 parts trolley is ideal for storing and cleaning machine parts and accessories. A knee lever, which can be adjusted as required, facilitates optimum machine operation.
