AFL drills- Ball grip

Here are some drills to help with your ball grip and wrist tilt. Everyone will have a slightly different grip so we believe it's okay as long as you can control the ball like this. If you cant, you may have to adjust your grip slightly. Eg moving hands higher to the skinnIer part of the ball so you can control.
