The Crystal Palace 😴 BEDTIME STORY FOR GROWNUPS Audiobook: Reduce Anxiety and Stress

This The Crystal Palace bedtime story audiobook is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation bedtime stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep meditation bedtime story for grownups is about walking through snow and into woodland where you rest against a tree and spread your awareness outwards, you head deeper into the woods to a small cave. In the cave, you discover a dragon. You head deeper into the cave where you walk through a door and find a book. You read a spell and notice a portal open. You head through the portal and find yourself on the edge of a larva pit in a savannah. A griffin bursts out of the lava. You climb on the back of the griffin, you head to a crystal palace on the griffin where you meet a woman. The woman takes you to a garden and talks about appreciating magic. You see scales with a feather on one side and then see children playing. The scale gets heavier, so you lift the feather gently to make the scale lighter. The woman helps you spread magic. You head back to the griffin, fly back to where you started, heading back through the cave and home. The next day, you type a story. While typing, your cat settles down in front of the fire and your dog settles at your feet. Over many days, you write a book. Months later you receive a copy of the book. You read through some of that book you wrote.
