Hammond AO-29 Guitar Amp Conversion + Make Pickup w/ Unused Parts

In this project video we will take an amplifier from a 1959 Hammond M-Series organ (e.g. models M2, M3, and M100) and create a custom guitar amp with tremolo. The amp will feature a push-pull 6V6 output for between 12-15 watts. We will also look at the schematic and discuss options for leaving a 6AU6 pentode in the V1 position and using another 6AU6 as a tremolo oscillator tube like the one used in the Danelectro-made Sears Silvertone 1482 amplifiers of the 1960s. At the end of the video, we will explore the finished product inside and out and give it a listen.

As a BONUS, we will also take one of the transformers we did not use in the final design and make a cool guitar pickup in an Altoids mint box!
