Tesla Gigafactory Texas 23 November 2020 Cyber Truck & Model Y Factory Construction Update (09:30AM)

Gigafactory Texas on 23 November 2020! This is where the Cyber Truck and Model Y will be built!
An overcast, but otherwise, good day to fly at Giga Texas today. We take a closer look at a number of areas around the main site, especially where new footings have been excavated in the middle of what is the central “roadway” between the two foundation half’s which is a new development and it’s unsure if this indicates a plan change or not. We also take a look at the new clearing area in the far southwest and note a number of new contractor trailers in the far east areas.

Other highlights of today include:
- There were a lot of trucks lined up bringing in steel columns, beams, trusses and other associated parts and a large stockpile north and south of the steel structure is being made
- What seems to be related to this, the number of footings on both the east and west foundations is stunning ... I get the feeling that they are on the verge of starting a structure on the west foundation soon and then we will see a big acceleration of the vertical construction in these two areas
- There has been a lot of GeoPier work completed in the past 48 hours in and around the "zipper" excavation area ... a huge pile of gravel used for the impactors to make support pillars is now gone, which is an indication of the work they have done around the clock
- In the "Big Pit" area, more of the isolation foundation walls are now completed and forms removed and the filling of the pit in the southwest corner is growing ... It's amazing to think that all of this will be under the ground and out of sight when they are done!
- The 9th huge concrete column was installed this morning and the 10th arrived on truck just as I was wrapping up ... this will be installed later today and jack, another "Quad Squad" member was arriving as I left, so he probably captured the installation on his footage so check it out on his channel!
- Over on the far east contractor row area, the number of trailers has grown by about 40% so this is another indicator that things are changing at Giga Texas as more "team" members are being added and arriving on-site. I am aware of at least one of these companies, Korbis Consulting
- They seemed to have finished most of the major land levelling in the east switchyard area as almost all vehicles that used to park in the central area are now gone ... they are also stockpiling a lot of fill dirt in big mounds in the north of this area near Harold Green road
