Tesla Gigafactory Texas 1 September 2020 Construction Update

Giga Texas construction update 1 September 2020 … a very windy and cloudy day.
In this video we look at an overview of the various transportation options and access Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas has both during construction as well as after they have begun production. We discuss the interstate system, local roads, rail access options, airport options and sea port options for shipping.
In addition, we see that the foundation is beginning to take on some well-defined shapes hinting strongly at how the finally building may look (assuming it’s all under one roof). Based on this, a few basic renderings are made to see how it may look with walls and a roof … it may have some similarities to the original Giga Nevada design. It would be great to get viewer comments and inputs!
In other areas, land clearing and pond draining continues in the north and south east as well as the south and the last remaining north west pond is about 85% gone now and the largest of the remaining south ponds is quickly becoming dry, meaning fill operations could begin soon. Ground level across the main construction area west of the powerlines is rapidly becoming flat and they have one central depression that is being filled in order to complete the foundation layout.
I hope this video will help viewer see just how fast they are working and how quickly changes happen on a daily basis and how huge the undertaking is to build Giga Texas.
