So for this recipe you will need:
3 large chicken breasts;
1 tsbp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt;
1/2 tsp black pepper;
1/2 tsp thyme;
1/4 tsp oregano;
1/4 tsp sweet/smoky rub (optional)
Vegetables:
2 bell peppers;
3 zucchini;
2 large carrots;
1 large onion;
1 head of garlic halved;
olive oil;
black pepper and salt to taste;
garlic butter:
50 gr. room temperature butter;
1 garlic clove;
parsley;
basil;
olive oil;
