How to Make Perfect Lemon Bars

This is a perfect how to for making lemon bars! Give them a try yourself and see how they turn out! You will not be disappointed.

Crust:

1 cup AP flour (120 g)
1 Tablespoon cornstarch (15 g)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g)
10 Tablespoons unsalted butter (142 g)
Pinch salt

350° F (177° C) 25-28 minutes

Filling:

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300 g)
2 Tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (4 oz)
1/2 cup AP flour (60 g)
I SAID ONE CUP IN THE VIDEO BUT IT’S A HALF CUP (but tbh both will work)
Powdered sugar for dusting
