Super Tasty Chocolate Mint (Grasshopper) Brownies

We're going over the full step by step recipe and process, so that you can easily make these at home in no time at all. Follow along, and try them out yourself!

3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (107 g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 g)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 g)
1 pkg. Andes mints unwrapped and/or chocolate chips to equal about 1 cup pre-melted
12-15 grasshopper cookies (thin mints or any other mint chocolate biscuit/cookie to equal 3/4-1 cup crushed)
Extra cookies for the top
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons AP flour (75 g)
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder (38 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3 g)

350° F (177° C) 25-35 minutes
