This is a cold brew green tea hair rinse that I absolutely love to apply on my hair as a hair growth treatment twice a month or when my scalp needs a cleanup. This tea rinse is good for treating hair problems such as extreme oily hair, dandruff, hair loss and hair shedding. Also this green tea hair rinse is fantastic to be used as a buildup remover if you apply many hair products throughout the week.

➻ Here are the measurements for this green tea rinse that are suitable for your specific hair:
( 1 cup of water + 1 tea bag for thin, short or dry hair)
(2 cups of water + 2 tea bags for thick, long or oily hair)

➻ All you're gonna do is to pour the cups of water into a jar, add the green tea bags to it and then just let the tea bags soak overnight before application. I love this particular way because it ensures that this rinse is gonna keep the potency and the benefits of the tea much better than the boiling method.

➻ After you apply it on your scalp and roots, leave the rinse on your hair for an hour if you have oily hair and for only 20 minutes if your hair is dry-ish.

➻ When time is up you need to wash off this green tea hair rinse in this order: shampoo first, conditioner second, hair mask third, cold water at the end of the shower to seal the hair follicles and add extra hydration and when your hair is completely dry apply a hair serum.
