In this video I rubbed one green tea ice cube on my face for seven days and took pictures of my results so that at the end of this challenge, we can compare results and see what actually happens to the skin when you rub green tea directly.

How to make green tea ice cubes for face:
↦ Brew two green tea bags
↦ In one cup of hot water
↦ Let it sit for 30 minutes
↦ After, pour brew in ice tray
↦ Store it in the freezer overnight
↦ Use next day

Based on day one to day seven, there is a huge change on how my skin looks at the end. It is quite impressive to see that my complexion looks more bright and glowing compared to day one where it looks more tired and dull. Also another benefit of using green tea ice cubes is that it will help you to reduce some of the puffiness on your face and the appearance of the dark circles.

On day four, I was developing a small pimple on the side of my face. To my surprise, the next day the inflammation and redness of this pimple was almost gone so this tells me that green tea ice cubes are also fantastic for reducing the inflammation of new pimples and for keeping your skin less oily during the day.

However, I don't think it’s a good idea to use green tea ice cubes on dry skin because I noticed that my skin was getting a little bit dry on some parts of my face which is something that never happened to me when I used regular ice cubes.

So if you have combo, oily, acne prone skin you will enjoy more the benefits of green tea ice cubes when they are only used every two days once a day. And definitely think that a regular ice cube is more suitable for all skin types.
