This is a three step tutorial on how to rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar for the purpose of reducing frizz in hair. I found this apple cider rinse super beneficial especially when hair looks dull, brittle or frizzy this will help you to tame down a lot the frizziness in your hair.

Something that I didn’t include in this video was that our hair tends to get super alkaline due many reasons, including using too many hair products, heat and the most difficult one to avoid which is hard water. Soft hard is what we are supposed to use on your hair and skin to keep our ph levels in balance.

If you don’t know, hair and skin should be ideally on a ph level of 4.5 to 5.5 and what I discover is that most of the water that we use to shower (hard water) has a ph level of 8.5 which is absolutely insane high and very bad for our skin and hair. No wonder why our hair and skin suffer so much! This is why using one or twice a month an apple cider vinegar rinse could help to put these levels down.
