QUICK Oven Seared SALMON in 5 min | ORANGE GLAZED

Quick oven seared salmon in the orange glaze can be a great idea for your dinner and done in 5 min!

Before you start STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
to freeze salmon at least for 48 hours before cooking!

PREP TIME: 10 mins
COOK TIME: 5 mins
TOTAL TIME: 15 mins
SERVINGS: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS :

250g salmon

For sauce:
1/3 tsp chili pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove / minced
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp honey
½ orange zest
½ orange juice
½ lime

For the avocado puree:
1 avocado
½ lime
pinch of salt
olive oil for seasoning

How to prepare:
1. Take the salmon and season with salt, leave it for 10 min and wash after
2. In one bowl put sliced red chili, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix everything thoroughly (add lime juice if needed)
3. Make a creamy puree with avocado, add a pinch of salt, squeeze lime, and season with olive oil
4. Preheat the oven to high temperature (200°C) and bake salmon for 5 min to reach a medium-rare point
5. Once salmon is done serve immediately with avocado puree and sauce on a top
