This is a tricky mission it took me ages to complete it with gold the 1st time all because of "Popups Clear" requirement that is hard as hell in normal gameplay, now it became very easy since I learned a trick to use Michael's special ability just before getting in the computer, that will slow down time giving plenty of time to clear all pop-ups, the funny and helpful part is that it only affects the counter not the gameplay itself so you will operate the computer normally but you will have more time to clear all the popups.
On a side note, the completion of this mission will enable the use of any of the clothes shops around San Andreas.
