These random events are also recurrent, so they will happen more than once, also it's a very nice way to get some money, although the payout can vary a lot from $1.000 to $10.000. There is a total of ten different events like this but you can make the same one over and over.
Just kill the security guards, preferably the guy carrying the suitcase first so he can't store inside the van and then either kill the other or just get the suitcase and get the hell out of there, note that you will get a wanted level so to finish this event you must loose the cops.
