This is the only setup mission for the loud approach on the jewel store heist and consists on getting some carbine rifles that are in the back of noose tactical team FIB Granger, so meet the Granger, kill the noose team and take the van quickly to the garment factory loosing the cops along the way. This last part is the hardest thing on the mission to get a gold medal but if done right you can use the nearby tunnel access, near the canals, to hide from the cops.
