Easy Mini Pavlova | Weekly Bakes

These mini pavlovas are a perfect dessert, crisp on the outside with marshmallowy goodness on the inside, with fluffy cream and loads of fresh fruits. A cloud-like meringue that literally melts in your mouth.
Recipe Note: make sure your bowl and attachment are extremely clean with no grease residue anywhere otherwise the egg whites wont whip.
Ingredients:
6 large egg whites Room Temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

Cream/frosting:
1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Toppings:Blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate.
*fruits/berries of your choice
