Tenant Troubles

The plaintiff rented an apartment from the defendant and says it was a horrible living situation. She claims the defendant snooped on her and waited a long time to fix the air conditioning, so she’s suing for the security deposit. The defendant says the plaintiff was a horrible tenant who moved out early.
