Hauled into Court

The plaintiff says he rented a U-Haul for the defendant and her kids because he felt bad about an impending eviction, but she kept it for three additional days. He’s suing for the money owed. The defendant says the truck was towed and the plaintiff posted her picture on social media calling her a thief. She’s countersuing for defamation.
