Vegan Jackfruit Tinga | Sahar Belle Ep16

In This Episode I will show you How to make a Super Delicious Tinga stew. It is Perfect for Tostadas, Tacos, with Rice & Beans Or All On its Own.

Tinga is a Traditional Mexican dish, typically made with shredded chicken, tossed in a Chipotle pepper adobo sauce with sauteed tomatoes and Onions. it can be spicy if you want it to, but the flavor is more of a smoky one.

Ingredients:

• 5 Roma Tomatoes
• 1 1/2 White Onion
• 8 Large Cloves ( if you cannot find Lg cloves about 3 of the regular size will make One Large one )
• 3 Cans of Green Jackfruit1 7 oz Can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (I used about 3 peppers and about 3 tbsp of the adobo sauce.
• Tostadas
• Sour Cream
• 1/2 teaspoon Jada's Vegan Chicken Salt
• Salt & Pepper
• Olive Oil (Any Nutral Oil will Work)
